Refund policy


Returns:

We want you to love your skincare products from Danaia Artistry. For skincare items, you may return unused products within 7 days from the date of receiving the item. For other products, the general return period is 30 days  from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow [7-10 days] for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order. Or you may contact us Via Email.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Opened or used skincare products

- Gift cards


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at  hello@danaia-artistry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@danaia-artistry.com with details and photos of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

For expedited service, kindly enclose a copy of your sales receipt. Upon receipt of the item, we will promptly credit your account and provide you with a copy of the refund confirmation.
